PINAULA, PIO QUINTO
In an entry dated June 3, 1857, an account is written that a Pio Quinto Pinaula died while trying to swim across the swollen Pago River. In the same account it states: "As he approached the opposite side of the river, he went under. A nephew of his saw this and ran  to the village for help, but when they returned and pulled him out he was already dead."
